Cover-Up Never Worn

This is gorgeous!! Classy and elegant! There’s not any actual sleeves but the draw string completely stretched out is 19” lying flat. It’s about 19” across not including any of the bat wing part. It’s 29” long from top of shoulder to hem. Tag says L. The tassels are tangled so if cut them off and put a knot in the end of the cord. Never worn.
