closetedit338 @marissampt hi - it’s great isn’t it? My guess is she more than anything as I don’t actually know - it came like that and I haven’t used it much at all but it is 40+ years old. I will see if I can get some better photos for you. There isn’t any residue or obvious clues on it.

closetedit338 @marissampt hi I added another close up - based on where it is located my guess is it’s from the leather glue used for the accent piece on the suede attached at the top. But that is just a guess. I don’t have a great cleaner that I would trust to see if it can be cleaned so I’ve not asked. Let me know if any other questions.
