Jacket dress. Black and white print w tie belt

Wore this 15 years ago with crop leggings and Red heels. Maybe worn 2 or 3 times. Super cute but too tiny for me now. It’s a size petite. So XS. Button front and tie belt. Working buttons on cap sleeves. One tiny stain but collar covers it when worn(shown in pic)
