What is the measurement of the chest laying flat?

@tlcodde Hi, it’s Approximately 31 inches, see the pic I added so you can see where I measured it from. The waist is approximately 25 inches and overall length is 32 inches. Thanks for your interest.

Is this waterproof or just water resistant?

@ccpanter Hi, I just added a pic for you. The water has not absorbed into the fabric. I’m not sure if that would be considered waterproof or water resistant. The shell is 100% Nylon & Lining is 100% Polyester. It’s not like a vinyl rain coat material. Thanks for your interest. 🙂
