vegansammy@ouraget Hi Ann, unfortunately no bag or box came with this jacket. The jacket measures 17" pit to pit, 15.5" in the waist and 17" across the bottom, which should hit just above the hips. The length from the shoulder to the bottom of the jacket is 21". I hope that helps!
