Bought a fake Sam and wanted to raise the alert. The sand color was never released by Sezane. They are all fakes. You can most easily tell by the buttons which are plastic. Sleeves are longer and more densely knit. Real Sezane Sams have enamel buttons with little ridges on them. The tags are very convincing. There is only one photo that is real (with the Nelly skirt) the rest are photoshopped.

jacquejacque22@bellespetites I'm not sure they knew they were selling me a fake. Poshmark took it back but only as "item not as described" because the buttons don't match the stock "photos" not as a counterfeit.

janettoli@jacquejacque22 hi thanks for this post. The 1st two photos are from the Aliexpress website. They specialize in dupes like this. They’re basically a $40 version. Pays to Google photos, etc. In the end paying a little extra to get it straight from the real Sezane is usually worth it. I save my receipts/tags so when I do resell I can show authenticity. Sézane will also take returns for free, so best to check the NWT items as well. 🦋

foxinabushhey! i believe somebody just posted a fake Sam with plastic buttons for sale here on posh. Same pics! How can we warn potential buyers? It's possible that the seller didn't know it's a fake sweater either, as it's a second hand item.
