Hi can I please have measurements, & can you describe if the flaw is a stain, thread pulled or faded color? Thank you!

@blueice622pit topic is16 inches. Shoulder to hem is 27.5 inches. The flaw is just a light spot but when I rubbed with my finger Ialmost disappeared so maybe a turn in the wash cycle would completely remove it. I added another photo for a better look
