retrofactory@whatsleft awwww I lost a dog when I was in London for work.. my parents weren’t holding him and he was 4 lbs. another York is, my axel boy… he drowned and I was so destroyed.. I cried on the sidewalk Iike a lunatic in nyc.. and not one person helped me. It was before I even left for London. Losing a dog is so hard.. she’s you’re guardian angel. 🙏🏻 Love labs! Xo

retrofactory@sweet_vibes petfinder is the best but aspcs has events and posts pics of dogs so you can filter to the dogs you like, size etc, and they’ll give you the foster parents email… and you’ll be saving a poor babies life. 🙏🏻 Only time can heal the pain, but I’d definitely start looking.. it doesn’t replace them obviously but getting a new baby helps a lot. tudie11Thanks for the continuing sharing of my items. I'm gonna reopen this week. Lost maybe half of inventory, already moved into new Apt after being literally homeless for 3 weeks and staying in high school gym 1st nite and then 4 different hotels. We finally getting a car rental this afternoon so Mike can get back to work. Thank God this chapter is over and we can move on.

Lol my husband was watching football 🏈 with a friend the friend brought his Doxen over, didn’t pay attention they made puppies lol! retrofactory@a_vintage_soul I was thinking about you too! We didn’t have power for a week and a half..lost our fence, screened porch (most of it), lost every tree including our avocado one which I loved! But not too bad of flooding. It flooded the garage but that’s it thank god. How are you doing?

a_vintage_soul@retrofactory I’m fine. No flooding in the house but I lost my roof,carport and part of my screened porch and 5 skylights. Many in my neighborhood had it much worse and even lost their homes. I feel fortunate that my home is livable. That’s too bad about your avocado tree, I lost my lemon tree and my plumeria tree which I saved and planted from Irma 😞 Two of my children worked on the beach and lost their jobs. It’s all so sad Glad you are ok and still have a home 💕

I was showering in my neighbors generator boiled water in a bathing suit. Lol I’m sorry about your children! Losing cell phone, electric etc, really humbled you to realize how lucky we all are.
