thetreasured@supersteve2120 We measure with the garment lied flat & pull the material to its natural state, with exception of the elastic at the bottom of course. At the smallest location not including the elastic, it measured 22" at the bottom. Otherwise the measurements in the photo are accurate.

thetreasured@supersteve2120 We measure with the garment lied flat & pull the material to its natural state, with exception of the elastic at the bottom of course. At the smallest location not including the elastic, it measured 22" at the bottom. Otherwise the measurements in the photo are accurate.
