shoe_money @vmajo1 Hi! I have a 38 in pink too but my heel stuck out at the end so had to size up. There are no half sizes in this style, I feel a 39 is ideal for an 8 U.S. or 38.5 IT. Insole measures 10.5" from top to heel but do note there is a slight curve around the edge so it's runs a bit smaller in my opinion. Hope that helps! :)
