Is the shaft on the size 9.5 also 5.5”? And what is the ankle circumference please? Thanks!

@ambrosia123456 Yes the shaft is also 5.5”. Circumference if top of the ankle area is approximately 10”. The sides are stretchy so it can get bigger.
