How waterproof is this? Can it handle the pervasive deluge of southeast Alaska?

@onlyvisiting this hard shell jacket is built with a 3-layer, fully waterproof fabric (Patagonia’s H2No fabric). The jacket was built as part of Patagonia’s mountain running kit and has held up great for PNW missions.
