scarlet156 @ashleyeh88 sorry right now smallest i have is 18, 14 is a small choker size and i dont get many requests for those. if you have one you can change it out easily - the pendant slides off the chain. you could also try ribbon (lace, velvet) that cost less than $1 at craft/art stores - if you are looking for a choker/collar effect.
