lenavieboutique@daniel10 large would probably give you a roomy and flowy fit but please check slide with measurements in the listing. Large pit to pit is 21” so 42” around. Hope that helps🌻

My assistant made sure to measure the bust and the waist would have been quite loose per your sizing requirements @31”. It was a 35”+.
