VTG XL Chinoiserie Birds

Fabulous pair of very colorful, hand-painted, large (12.75”), vintage Chinese birds from the estate of a significant collector. A wonderful, unique alternative to mantel dogs in a lush, Grandmillennial decor. The pottery stamp wasn’t detailed at auction. It’s unfamiliar to me. They don’t quite look like Macau pottery, and they also don’t look like Hong Kong pottery to me. The painting and glazing is very well done. From time to time, I’ve searched for comparable and there’s really nothing like them! If you know of a comparable item for comparison, I would greatly appreciate your sharing it in the comments.
