A little girl named Yvonne tops the handle of this vintage spoon.
Made by Carlton Silverplate, shows wear, about 6” long.

Thanks so much for this information. I had no idea. What’s really weird is that just yesterday I was wondering what ever happened to a book my mother had about the Dionne quintuplets. Think it was because we were talking about twins and multiple births. Now I’m really going to look for that book. Thanks again, Anna. Pat 🐒
