Express Flower Print Halter Neck Style Dress

This dress from Express has a halter style neck and beautiful flower print making it perfect for Spring! Comes with a beige lining. I only wore this dress once so it is in like new condition. Size 4. Back does have a opening down to where the skirt part of the dress begins as seen in one of the pics. Hemline hits right above the knee on me. I am 5’2 for reference.
