@hollismillsaps thanks for your interest. The item had never been out of the package and, although I removed and unrolled the dust ruffle, I wasn’t able to find a contents or care label - so sorry. It’s likely buried further into the folds than I explored but am reluctant to completely unfold as I’d likely never get it back into the package. I added a pic of the white platform which feels like a cotton/poly blend or poly (didn’t wrinkle when crushed). The skirt feels like a starched cotton.

Thank you for the info and the new photo -- I found this brand elsewhere online and similar bed ruffles are described as 100% cotton.
