@wilsonand Bust (pit to pit)19", across top shoulder seam is 16", sleeve length is 23"top of collar to back Hemisphere 22" and it dips down in front, at the most narrow part on the side where it is slightly fitted it is 17.25" when opened the cuffs are 9.75" the sleeves are not tight relative to the size of the jacket. it fits like a generous 4, size 6 could probably wear it depending on chest, back size etc. best to compare measurements with jackets you have.. hope this helps.
