Black triple-tiered crinoline petticoat
arrived with no tags on it or in the package anywhere! At all! Weird right? Brand new just arrived in the mail but is turns out to be too small for me and it would be more trouble and cost to send it back, so I'm simply trying to recoup at least some of my money.
Elastic waist with velcro enclosure for easier getting in and out of it plus drawstring for a nice snug fit.
