MAXAZRIA Collection military style jacket

Worn just a handful of times, in excellent condition. No signs of wear, but there is a small green discoloration on the sleeve near the button, not sure what it is (it almost looks like it is a different thread color - see photo). The inside label has a small tear (see photo). Otherwise in excellent condition and just dry cleaned. Non-smoking home.
