No sure how Patagonia sizing fits.

@hawk42 Hmm, it's meant to fit tight sort of like a workout or performance shirt, and it's pretty stretchy so it could be pretty flexible. Let me give you the measurements, which might help: laying flat, the length is 26 inches and the chest across is 19 inches. It's a very comfy shirt--could be good under a vest, flannel or jacket as well as on its own. Anyway, hope this helps!
