Armstrong Is RARE with NO star on the swing and tush tags. Armstrong is RARE with NO Date Of Birth and NO poem. Armstrong is made with P.V.C. Pellets and it the first "original"beanie baby with the original tush tag. Armstrong does NOT have a address on the swing tag. The inside of the swing tag says: " And a Tuppence In My Shoe !
