Lightning bolts belt buckle

Metal yellow and blue belt buckle featuring three lightning bolts. Secures with prong. Never worn. For some reasons, the blue enamel around the lightning bolts became a bit sticky, as seen in last photo. I have no idea how to fix that. The rest of the buckle is fine though, so it is sold as it is. Buckle is approximately 3" wide by 3½" tall. Comes from a smoke-free home that has cats and dogs. Tags: punk, raver, y2k, alternative
