Vintage Wool Woolrich button up Coat

It a vintage used 100% wool coat looks to be in good condition except two very small holes on the back bottom of the coat will see in pics super easy fix other that the Sz tag is to faded to read but it looks like a Large to me let me know if you have any ? I’ve seen this coat go up for sale between 150-375 and because of the small flaws I will price accordingly but if I fix it or take it to be fixed price will go up thanks
