Allen B dress

Black with yellow polka dots, hem hits above the knee, 100% poly, chiffon. Bodice is pleated (see photo.). Ruffle on skirt. One shoulder, side zip. Fit is more pencil than a line. Purchased at JC Penney. Size 6, but runs a bit small, maybe more like a 4.
