Midi Length Balloon style skirt

The skirt sits mid waist and the fabric supports it's balloon shaped form. The skirt has pockets. At one point the hem got loose and part of it was taped up so that no stitching is visible. This fix is not visible but you can feel it by touch. Otherwise this is in very good condition. Wore this for cocktail events with a crop silk top. Italian size 40 fits a US size S/M.
