lynda721 @808dragonheart Have you tried Excedrine Migraine? I always take it before I reach for my prescription meds. Sometimes a hot shower helps me too. I’ve had them for over 25 yrs now. Nothing works in the long term but, I try to catch them as soon as I get the first twinge.

soflolor Hope and pray you feel better soon 🤗 I used to suffer from migraines almost daily and my neurologist told me to add Magnesium 400 or 500 daily as well as vitamin B6. I’ve been doing it for 12yrs and haven’t needed ibuprofen 800 in 11yrs 🙌🏻 Hugs from Florida 🏝 @SoFloLor

808dragonheart @amb15931 Congratulations! Glad you got your 2nd shot! I had no effects on the first vaccine 💉 but just a mild soreness in my arm on the 2nd vaccine 💉- as noted I had Pfizer! Take care and don’t worry about the shares! I was told to take it easy and rest for a couple of days! You should too!
