New retail item. Color is a dark wine (deeper then photos have captured-has a bit more purple to it making it more wine then brick).has long tassels and fringe embellishments. Not see through but material is light weight so slightly sheer...last pic shows my hand behind material. Very cute w jeans, shorts, skirt. Tts w a looser fit around tummy.
