Beautiful cold shoulder dress by THML. Sleeves are long with a lovely detailed cuff that features pleating and buttons. Blue skirt features a matching belt that you can style however you like. I chose a side bow for this picture! Or add your own favorite belt! The top has a built in camisole. Size medium.
