Bluebird Toys Polly Pocket “Polly’s Flat” (also known as “Polly’s Apartment”) compact, made in 1993 in England. It’s part of the classic, highly collectible original Polly Pocket line produced before Mattel redesigned them in the late 1990s. Polly Pocket compact playset — specifically the “heart-shaped” style from Bluebird Toys era (late 1980s / early 1990s). You can even see “Bluebird Toys PLC … © 1989” molded on the back in one of your photos. In particular, this looks very much like the “Polly’s Country Cottage” / Pink Heart Compact from 1989.  The set is one of the early “compact house” formats: the outside shell is heart-shaped, and when opened, the top half has little rooms and the bottom half has a garden or yard area.
