6" Chunky Mattel Rescue Heroes Action Figure 1999 Mattel Toy Fire Chief Fireman

This is a preowned Rescue Heroes Chunky Action Figure by Mattel. He is dated 1999. He is approx. 6" tall. I'm not sure what he is supposed to be (possibly a Fire Chief) but without Fireman Hat. He shows minor signs of gentle play. Face has minor paint loss on nose and eyebrows. There are a couple of colored markings on hands. Overall, still in really good condition. This is a smoke free home!
