Classy red dress with bell sleeves

This is a beautiful off the shoulder red dress. Elastic is thick so the dress stays on your shoulders. This dress was made in Italy. It is a size medium and will fit US size 6 as well as a size 8. The material has some stretch to it. I have worn it twice. Once on Valentine’s Day last year! Pair it with boots or pumps. You can’t go wrong. Measurements from shoulder to hem is 37 inches. It hits below the knee.
