Sisley Black Sheer Chiffon Pleated Blouse Top S

I purchased this when I was visiting Belgium last year. It’s a European Italian brand called Sisley. Sisley makes quality, high-end designs with a more tailored fit. This top is in great condition, however the elastic which holds the cuff button in place partially broke. This could be fixed at a cleaner, I just don’t have the time and need to downsize my walk-in closet! Wear this with a plaid or tweed mini skirt for a retro look!
