It sucks really. 😕☹️ I saw the others & the S was 19” & I guess I didn’t see that this was 20” on the S which would have been so perfect for me. Ugh I’m so mad bc I love this one. Anyway just in case I thought I would tell you lol 😂

mrsalliexo@tattooedred25 There not oversized, just a relaxed true to size fit. And each size is 1" size difference all over! So you can easily size up and wear it cute open with a tank or tee. The measurements are in the description so you can see the smalls will be 2" less 😍🍂
