This is a beautiful genuine blue quartz and gold plated base metal ring (could be silver but I’m not sure since it’s not stamped). The blue quartz has a round fancy cut and is pale blue in color. There are two diamanté’s on each side of the quartz. It is a size 9.0 and in unused vintage condition.
