aaquatif @bgrengia All Plated fades buy the question is how long can they last for and how quality enough they are plated. These are premium 14K plated as you can see the shine and lust which most plated Chins doesn't have. This will last you a long time if care for properly. That is why it comes with a pouch and a box so you could properly store when not in Use. Overlay chains which are sometimes calls gold filled are 50 × more Gold layers and will last 10 to 30 years if care care for properly.

aaquatif @bgrengia Plating is a process where a layer of gold is placed on to coat the surface of another metal. As the jewelry is not 100% solid gold, extra care should be taken to maximize its lifespan. Anything plated will eventually tarnish with time and wear. That is why you properly store when not in use. Most plated jewelry fades quickly because the buyer knowing that it isn't solid gold they didn't care for it but if you do , you won't loose the Gold elements that are apply to your base metal 👍
