Super cute Hi Lo Striped Midi Skirt. Gorgeous blue with white stripes. Such an easy piece💕 Waistband can be extended and this can be worn as a dress (as seen in last pic). Laying flat total length approx 37" long (with waistband extended). Waist measures approx 11.5" unstretched. Tag is faded from washing so I don't know the exact fabric content. Like a jersey knit. Size S. Excellent condition.
