3for$20 Forever21 Collared Floral ButtonDown Dress

This Forever 21 floral dress is a lovely deep teal color with cute little white flowers. There is a string that goes around loops that you tie up in the back to accent your waist. Excellent condition. The material is super nice and soft. Think velvet meets satin. But it says it is 92% Polyester and 8% Soandex. I would wear this dress with white leggins and/or brown boots and a white scarf in the winter time or alone with flats in the spring.
