Hi! I did try to wash out the two small white stains (shown better in the last photo) and they did not come out unfortunately. The chest width is 20 inches from armpit to armpit and the hip width is 21 inches and it comes with an adjustable draw string at the waist. And yes, I have a smoke free home, thanks for asking!
