aclosetjourney@ericalongamore Hello, although I’m a smaller size but w/giant calfs I was able to fit it & appears to have a little bit more room to go. I measured it at 15.5” but will probably go to 15.75”. Top of shaft measures 16” with inner side top 2.5” elastic cut by zipper. Hope that helps & fits you. aclosetjourney@kellyannestrand Hello, just a heads up- I’m 5’ tall, a size 5 & have gigantic calfs. It’s barely fit my 16” calves & is a little winkle bc it wants to go over my knees. This is knee high not over the knee for the size. Hope this helps you. I’ve attached photos.
