does this repell water? or is it waterproof?

@jols808 hi! 👋 I’m not sure if I’d say “waterproof” but it is that slick kind of windbreaker material. Not cotton. I did try to splash some water drops on it and some wicked away, but some absorbed but dried quickly. Hopefully that helps!
