Beautiful Bill Levkoff Dress

Black knee length taffeta dress has embroidered/3D flowers all the way around, small bit of crinoline underneath to give it structure and molded bust area so a bra is not necessary. This was tailored to fit, so I'm not sure how close to a size 8 this is. The length is about 29" from the top of bust to hem, the tight cummerbund portion is about 14 1/2". The bust is probably a 34 B or C cup. For reference I'm about 5'5, 120 and a 36 band (cups were way too big on my no boob self).
