NY & CO velvet animal print sheer trim dress

Beautiful NEW YORK & COMPANY velvet dress in a sort of abstract animal print. There is a sheer trim and rauched shoulders in this dress. It’s on EUC. I like it loose as shown but you could belt it instead. So versatile and stylish. The shoulders measure 12.5” across to the seam, the pit-to-pit flat measurement is 22”, the flat waist and hip measurements are about 21.5”, and the length is 37” There is some additional stretch.
