Excellent condition investment piece. 100 percent wool, supple leather straps adjust waist. It's been kept perfectly in a cedar chest in the UK. No holes, pilling or signs or wear. The leather straps are as new. Many of the new ones being sold in Scotland are no longer 100% wool. Example see last photo. Consider the vintage denim vest with this skirt!
