Vintage acrylic cape (poncho) by JC Penny. Great acid green & blue design with arm slits and metal buttons down front. Love the scalloped trim at the btm. Soft and thick -has a loose thread here and there but not too bad. Rt arm slit seam needs sewn and 1 button hole has fraying -pict-, could use a retrim but no other probs.
Nice addition to any wardrobe.
