Cute estate sale find. These boots are made in Italy. Made for the outdoors with a thick rubber sole and fleece lined. Upper and top is what I believe to be faux fur. European size 35/U.S. size 5.

@garybre2 Hi! I don't know. I picked these up in a bundle at an estate sale and I wear an 8. when I return home I can measure and let you know. maybe that will help you determine if they are true to size.
