🦋Brand new black and blue striped mini strapless dress with upper top all black and the bottom portion is black and blue striped. Sweetheart vneck style neckline. Soft and stretchy material the upper back portion has elastic for comfort fit and it won’t slip down and fall as most strapless dresses/tops tend to do.
