@dorothywang hi! Iโm so sorry I didnโt include the measurements for the size 24- I just updated the listing. Approx 14โ waist, 15.5โ hips, 10โ rise. They are high waisted and wicked cute! โจ they are 100% cotton, so should remain the same size as long as you donโt dry them immediately after washing. There is a bit of a give to the fabric, but not as much as if they had spandex included.
