These are Bonjour 90s vintage acid wash jean shorts. Super high waist and slightly distressed for that worn in look. The tag says size 9/10 but this really fits more like a size 0/2 or ex small. There is a slight yellow discoloration in a couple spots which you can see in the last 2 pics. Not that noticeable but you could put a cool patch or distress that area if you feel so inclined.
